ESD Hooded Jacket + Pants Set — Two-Piece Cleanroom Uniform
Product Description
When Coveralls Are Overkill but Static Still Matters
Many cleanroom and electronics manufacturing environments require ESD protection without the full encapsulation of a one-piece coverall. This two-piece set delivers the same conductive-fiber-woven fabric and surface resistance performance as our coveralls, in a more practical separated configuration.
The jacket features an integrated drawstring hood for hair containment, full-length zipper, and elasticized cuffs for sleeve seal. The matching pants include an elastic waistband and elasticized ankles for boot tuck-in. Designed for ISO Class 7 and Class 8 environments where workers move frequently between cleanroom and gowning areas.

FAQ
Q: When should I choose this two-piece over a one-piece coverall?
Choose two-piece when workers need frequent restroom breaks, environment is ISO 7/8 (not ISO 5/6), and individual piece replacement is preferred for cost management.
Q: Does the hood provide ISO 5 compatibility?
This two-piece configuration is rated for ISO 7/8. For ISO 5/6, the fully integrated one-piece coverall is recommended.
Q: Can I mix and match sizes (e.g., M jacket with L pants)?
Yes. For OEM orders we can split sizing per individual worker requirements.
